free landlords gas certificate/repairs

I would like to offer a free of charge landlords gas certificate, gas boiler or/and other gas appliances service check. I'm just finishing my gas safety course/portfolio and need 3 more gas inspections, including a gas fire to complete my gas portfolio. You will be provided with a free landlords gas safety certificate. I would like to do the gas inspection on Friday the 24th of January with my leading gas engineer (I was working with him for the last 24 months). Please let me know if you would be interested in our services free of charge. We also would be able to give you some advice or/and even provide some repairs on your boiler/CH system free of charge
