Builder required

Hi, First of all, I'm new to the forum so hello to everyone,

My girlfriend and I in the process of buying a flat actually in Forest Hill. I'm looking for a builder to give me an estimate for carrying out some work - there look to be a couple of damp issues.

Can anyone recommend a good builder who can do this sort of work?

Also interested in a cost for making some internal changes, but being realistic those wouldn't be carried out for 6-12 months, whilst the damp problems will need sorting immediately.
