Recommendation for someone to repair PVC flat roof?

Ours sprung a leak in all the rain and unfortunately we don't know who did the original work. I also haven't figured out exactly what type of material it is, although I'm told it's some variety of PVC. Any leads out there? Thanks!

  True, there was an awful lot of rain but the flooding seems worse than before all the work started!
