The best mobile phone coverage

Sorry to hijack this thread - just wanted to know how EE reception is as well in the area - trying to decide between O2 and EE.

Just a point to note - ED/Peckham Rye seems to have abysmal coverage in certain areas (eg: Nutbrook St, Bellenden Road, some areas of LL) compared to others. Similar gap in service between Brockley and New Cross Gate. Maybe a problem of missing cell towers rather than any particular provider?

I have EE (ex Orange) - the only place I've had a problem with round here is the top of Melford Road. But other providers' reception is also bad round there.

O2 is good. Mrs switched from Vodafone who were a bit patchy in ED. WRT 4G - Pretty much 4G wherever I go in London on O2. And it's really really fast. Their 4G network outside of London isn't as extensive as EEs - according to the maps I looked at when I was deciding who to go with. So if you travel a lot in the UK you might want to look at EE. If you don;t travel much out of London though O2 might be better - they were much cheaper for 4G than EE when I looked - but of course that might be different now.

    • It wasn't one of the murals connected with the project reinterpreting  paintings from Dulwich Picture Gallery, so far as I know,  so I guess nobody was protecting it or bothered about it, sadly.
    • Have you seen the new guide? It doesn't say  anything at all about food waste compostable bags. It says to put food waste directly as it is from the kitchen caddy to the larger outside caddy. What do you mean by "small leftover waste"?  Recycling waste always goes in the blue bin? Surely we aren't meant to be wasting black plastic bags every week by always putting non recyclable items into a black bag before putting them into the green bin? Surely the whole point of the green bin is to avoid using one-use-only plastic bags? I'm even more confused now 🤣
    • I want to endorse these reviews of Niko.  I had a problem with my toilet flush and he was able to resolve it. He is reliable, efficient and has a friendly and professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely turn to him again with any future plumbing needs.
