Yellow dog poo signs

Has anyone seen the yellow bag it bin it signs on the pavement in East Dulwich?

I am presuming they are referring to dogs!!

No further threads on this now I promise, just made me chuckle that was all and can't believe I haven't noticed them before!!

I think they have recently been refreshed but it does no good because there was a massive pile outside someone's house in Crystal Palace Road tonight.

There is a doggie poo bag it & bin it sign further up my road on a lamp post but there is no bin so someone left a bag full on someone's garden wall opposite the sign. What's the point of a sign if there's no bin.

Apologies for reviving this but dog owners are getting lazy again or there are new owners being anti-socail. Spotted no less than 5 piles in CPRd near Sylvester and large pile in the middle of the pavement behind a skip so it was not illuminated in Goodrich that some unfortunate had stepped in last week.
