Broken Fence Due to Winter Storms - Fence Fixer Required!

I returned from a Christmas break to find that the high winds and rain have managed to pull down a fence panel in my back garden :(

Did anyone else have the same problem and if so, can you recommend anyone local who might be able to fix it?
