No, it hasn't. There is a rumour that it never will, but I don't have any kind of reliable source to back that up. It's just what I've heard lots of locals saying...

Oh that would be a shame. There were no signs of activity the last few times Ive been past. There is definitely a gap in the market for a soft play cafe somewhere in Herne Hill!
