Shared Freehold Buildings Insurance

Can anyone recommend a good insurance company which provides building cover for share of freehold properties? I share the freehold with one other flat and this is the first time I've had to look for this type of cover.

i am now in a full freehold property for whcih i have kept the insurance brokers i used when i lived in Kent in a property with flying freehold. I think they are reasonable and ready to discuss insurance cost and try and be competitive with the internet. You can look up swintons in tunbridge wells (although i think they have other offices). contact me if you want more info or a recommendation.
