They are sending an engineer and the issue should be resolved in the next 24 to 48 hours. Given we have just been notified of a price increase of over 10% I am not very impressed!!! There is a message on their site saying they are going to boost the broadband. B&G Posted January 2, 2014 Share Posted January 2, 2014 Really bad service. Also out from 4pm on NYE and all day yesterday. Spoke to VM 5 times, the first time they weren't aware of a fault and had to log it as a new issue. Finally called me back last night (at 10:30pm?!) to say we should expect an "intermittant service until the 7 January at 4pm". You'd think a weeks refund wouldn't be too much to ask, but apparently it is...
