Robert Poste's Child Posted January 8, 2014 Share Posted January 8, 2014 No idea about cancer but the three big ones for narrowing the arteries are supposed to be saturated fat, stress and nicotine. If you can't give up smoking completely then perhaps with eCigs the lack of tar to the lungs means more oxygen in the blood and a bit less strain on the heart?
