A few questions if you have the time please reply

1) how oftern do you visit soft play areas with your children

2) what do you like about soft play

3) what do you dislike about soft play

4) what would you consider a reasonable price for 2 hours soft play

Thanks for your response and time

1) Before I moved into the area at least once a fortnight, here I have never been to one.

2) The children can independently run off a lot of steam, rain or shine and have fun!

3) Having to stay with the children because it is too dangerous for them to be on their own or they are not able to access it independently. The dirt. Not being able to see/work out where they are. Bits that an adult can't get into that easily. Being turned away on rainy days.

4)For one ?4.00 for 2 ?6.00.

1) how often do you visit soft play areas with your children - Depending on the weather - once, sometimes twice a week. Not in summer.

2) what do you like about soft play - that our little chaps can get rid of all that endless energy and have a play, it's covered, lots of climbing/sliding/enjoying themselves. Locally,Beckenham Spa softplay is good for a quick stop, Gambados even better as it's so huge and monitored by staff so you can stop and have a nice cuppa while the kids run riot safely. The larger ones a little more out of town definitely the best.

3) what do you dislike about soft play - sometimes a little boisterous for the littlest ones if they are new to the bigger kids side

4) what would you consider a reasonable price for 2 hours soft play - 1 child : ?4 / 2 : ?6.

    • There wasn’t a lot to it.  Pick a pub that’s likely to have space on the evening - ask the pub can we reserve the tables. Post date and time in here  it did grow to some quite big evenings.  But those early meet-ups were only 5 or 6 people. It grew from there  if it’s a date I can be in London I might try and get along
    • It's a tough one but I do think if the council provide the bins we should use them. We all should be doing our bit.
    • Great! I can't say there has been a vast number of interested people so far. Maybe it's a case of "if we build it they will come", as it were. We will get on the case and try to find a suitable pub  venue, and then a date. But I have a feeling the pub will want to be sure there will be a reasonable number of people there buying drinks, if we are booking a room, and at present I don't think we can give them that guarantee. Does anybody know how the people who organised it (I think Georgia was one?) did it before? Please PM me if you would rather not post it on here, thanks.
    • Thank you, I’ll take a look
