singalto
BHF are very snooty about what they'll take whereas Emmaus are lovely. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/39477-sold/#findComment-704564 Share on other sites
Sue
The larger St Christopher's Hospice shop on Lordship Lane by the Palmerston takes furniture, have you tried there? Also there's a charity shop in Streatham Hill (I think it's an Oxfam shop) which takes furniture. No idea if either of them would collect, though. fl0wer
Beanstalk said s/he had already tried freecycle.Just a quick note to say that Emmaus, W. Norwood will come & collect, their van does the rounds once a fortnight. All they ask is that donations aren't broken or dirty. newboots
Emmanus will not take it if it pre-dates the fire-retardant foam regulations and/or if it doesn't have the safety labels intact.
