For anyone interested, I?m a hypnobirthing teacher, member of the Hypnobirthing Association and life coach for new mums based in Peckham/Nunhead.

Hypnobirthing helps your mind and body work together to create the best possible birth you can have. I teach the Katherine Graves version of hypnobirthing which has been designed specifically to meet the needs of UK mums and dads.
