Decided to dedicate Sunday mornings to Ashtanga practice.

For those of you who already have practice, would like to be adjusted or directed,

in a led class.For beginners to advanced.

?10 per session, mats available

8am - 9.30-9.45am

  I don't have any mattress suggestions, but you could try a mattress topper on top of the mattress? Also ask in a reputable place that sells mattresses?

  Aria was fantastic when renovating our bathroom just before Christmas. Incredibly helpful and flexible with his time when the suppliers repeatedly sent us damaged goods. He was responsive, kind, tidy and his fees very reasonable. I'll definitely use him in future.
