We undertook a complete bathroom refurbish and extension with Luke Cohen of LMC Building Services. We wish we never did. After three weeks of shockingly poor work and completely unprofessional behaviour, we had to fire him and literally start all over again with a trusted builder whom we used previously. The more he uncovered of what this cowboy builder Luke had done, the more we came to the realisation that he just did not know what we was doing. He's an inexpert, unprofessional and immature individual (and surrounds himself with kids just out of Uni with no experience) who should not be trusted with even the simplest tasks. I will not list here all the things he did or not did that are just incredibly poor but just trust me: DO NOT EVER USE HIM!!
