re: bed and breakfast in or near east dulwich?

Does anyone know of bed and breakfast available in or near east dulwich? A nice clean place for my mother when she comes to stay? We already know of the Lilac Door in west dulwich and Fox Hill b and B in Crystal palace but is there one actually in east dulwich? Thanks

I was looking on the forum to have the same answer :-)

I have never seen it though, or stayed in it so I have no idea how it is. Judging by the difference in prices between this and the Lilac (wow crazy expensive that one!!!...mmhh..not sure. If you ever try it let me know :-)

The Victoria on Bellenden Road has rooms. Se15, but a ten minute walk from ED.
