Handyperson wanted for small jobs

I am looking for a reliable mature handyperson to do some odd jobs in my flat. The work will need to be done in December (before christmas), most likely the 2nd week.

Putting up pictures, coat rack, shelves and a couple more small jobs.

Not looking for a company, just a local person with references.
