Now that Homemade has gone, where is the best place to have lunch in ED?

Opinions warmly welcomed.

Must be about same budget as Homemade (ie. under ?10 per person for one course and a non alcoholic drink). And must satisfy two fairly fussy foodies.

I quite like The Actress - think it is slightly over that price range but great service and not too far from where Homemade was. Different atmosphere to a cafe as well but I do quite like their salads for something a bit different.
