newboots
Hi there, I wonder if it would be worth amending your thread title to "Carer for an elderly person required"? To most people Personal Assistant means an office based job, a notch or two up from what used to be called a secretary. Generally speaking it does not, as a job title, cover care work or domestic work.(Also, there are quite a lot of blanks in the job description which you might need to fill in?) Peckhamrye
Personal Assistant is part of the government's new lingo that is attached to people having personal budgets to buy their own care rather than having it provided by the local authority - basically they are healthcare assistants.
