Reference for a consumer rights lawyer

Hello, just a quick question: can anyone recommend a good lawyer specializing in consumer rights? We have a dispute with one of the local nursery schools who try to charge us for not giving them 6 months notice prior to commencement (we gave them 4 months notice); for a place we had never actually accepted!   Who is signing the petition? If they are real people, entitled to vote in the UK, guess what? Mainly Tory and Reform voters. Not really a surprise. And the opposition have not done themselves any favours with the new leader and others signing it. Move on, and come back in four years when we have the next GE.

  How would you have phrased the letter then? And what are these services they provide that "people pay for in droves that commercially justify keeping it open"? If keeping it open was commercially justified, then presumably they wouldn't be considering closing it. Have I misunderstood you?
