carpenter for built in cupboards

Hoping for a recommendation for a carpenter to make built in cupboards/wardrobes for us. I've had 4 people around to measure up and quote this year, but so far none of them have got back to me with a design or a quote. We are ready to get going as soon as we can!

We had Malcolm Weir of Weir Woodwork build us some built in cupboards in 2 rooms; dresser style cupboards and shelves in one room and floating shelves with low cupboards in the other.
