Any advice or recommendations to help choose an estate agent to use to sell a house? There are so many along Lordship Lane!

I have dealt with Nicholas Ashley before, who are based in Gipsy Hill in a small two people office, but they offer great service and are really on the case. They do come as far as East Dulwich.

We've sold two houses with Winkworth East Dulwich and been happy. Can't say the same about buying through Winkworth Forest Hill however!

I highly recommend No Flies - we used them earlier this year and they were great.

Even though they don't have a shop it didn't have any impact on selling as we sold ours within a week at asking price. And they were really good through the whole sales process.

I agree with MrsBee, I used No-Flies recently for a flat fee of ?3000.

Obviously the fee was very competitive but having used other local estate agents before, they were much better in keeping us updated and I would highly recommend the service.
