Any one know what was going on Peckham Rye to day near the White Horse Police and amublance there.

I was driving out of the junction at the time when the traffic was very slow becasue of the blockage. Someone was bing lifted from the road into an ambulance. It was not clear if they had been in an accident or just fallen or collapsed. They seemed to be sitting up on the stretcher, though covered in a blanket.
