I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer that is very passionate about helping people obtain their set goals, and also help them improve their fitness levels and general well-being.

I specialise in weight loss, body toning and pre and post natal exercise.

Since I can remember I've been practicing sports so choosing this path for my future career seemed quite obviously. I am very passionate about my work and love to inspire people to get in shape, stay in shape or carry on living a healthy lifestyle.

I have a black belt in karate and also have been training children between 5 and 16 years of age helping them to develop coordination, strength, agility and flexibility

I am offering a free initial trial session to see whether I am the right person for you.

Price per session is ?40, and if bought in packet of 10 sessions is ?35 each.

I am flexible with hours and prefer training in the park or at the client's home or office.

Thank you for looking and looking forward to meet you,

Florin.
