Hi everyone! just saw this i would recommend Hayley as a very inspirational personal trainer! she trained me a few years back & it did stick with me & change my life! I went on to do other exercise classes too...pilates...yoga...& still use Hayley now & then to keep me motivated... as a result i have never stopped...it was her spirit that helped me as much as the physical exercise!
