Washing machine help needed!

Recommended Posts

Hello All,

We had a new washing machine installed in our bathroom about 3 weeks ago. All is great except for when its going full spin (1200 and 1400) and it then jumps around to the point at which we have to turn it off and the clothes remain dripping wet.

Having done my research:

- the washing machine is level

- it's not down to an uneven load (happens when it's empty)

- I tried putting a piece of wood under each leg

Anyone have any bright ideas? Even you builders and plumbers who might charge to fix it?

It's a wooden floor if that changes anything?

its clearly not level, first thing is to screw all the feet in then look at the level using a sprit level on top of machine, then unscrew each foot making machine level .oh and by the way the machine shouldnt really be in the bathroom .i guess the machine is sitting on suspended floor .it might help to tigh the joist in using same size timber thus making the floor more firmer .
