Heads Up, Roadworks at East Dulwich Station

Today, Saturday 5th October, I got on the 185 to east dulwich station. At least that is what I had hoped but with out notification from the bus driver the actual stop is closed. Had I know I would have just gotten off at Elsie Road. But there was no mention!! Just be aware if your are heading to the station from lordship lane way.

Also be aware that the roadworks are massively holding up traffic (including buses).

Turning right out of Sainsbury's is a nightmare because of this. Better to do a left and right through the back streets of Peckham.

Roadworks now cleared - until the next time they need to fix the road where it collapses from the weight of buses at the bus stop

Glad to hear it, I ended up getting off the bus at Goose Green yesterday and walking to Sainsburys.
