Massage, Back Pain, Bowen Technique & Fitness Trainer Recommendation

My other half plays sport but has developed back & shoulder problems from lifting heavy equipment and I have some tissue and back damage following a nasty car accident. After trying osteopathy, acupuncture and various massages with some temporary relief and varying degrees of success, our neighbour told us to try Andrew Jacques and we can't recommend Andy enough. I was rather sceptical as I've also been on pain relief medication for ages but we've both had great results.
I forgot to add that Andy is also a personal trainer and fitness consultant - which is what he's doing for us now. In conjunction with the Bowen treatment, we are on individual fitness programmes. He is so patient and such a professional, we feel we're in really good hands :) (And no, we have no commercial interest or otherwise in Andy's business).

As I've had a few PM's re: Andy - yes, he does work after hours (I think til about 9pm, but best check directly with him) and at the weekends (Sat & Sun) and his treatment rooms are on the ground floor of the Healthy Living Centre, Peckham Pulse (Fusion), which is where we have our treatments. You can contact him directly on 07703 722344 :)

    • Labours head of communications really should be advising Kier better.  We've had, so far, the budget will be bad, we've inherited a 20 billion black hole, the NHS is broken, and today "Britain isn't working" in relation to jobs and apprenticeships  Whilst honesty is a good thing, there are better ways of wording things Negativity drives negativity in situations like this, especially in business and businesses are what labour requires to grow the economy and offer jobs to the unemployed.  It does feel like Captain Kier has turned into Private Frazer crying  "we're all doomed"
