Renovation advice please

We are buying a house just on Beckenham/Sydenham border.

We have had the homebuyers survey back and it needs quite a bit of work, plus the work we hoped to do.

Specifically it needs a new roof. We were also planing to do a loft conversion including putting a bathroom up there. We also wanted a load bearing wall knocked out and a new kitchen put there. All the wiring, plumbing and heating needs a redo. The house also needs external re-rendering. We need a new family bathroom and downstairs wc to boot and some walls and cellings re-plastered.

It's a bit intimidating and we need to get some quotes- mainly for roof repair so we can look to renegotiate sale price.

I wonder if anyone can give advice on undertaking such a project.

Is there a company who could do all this rather than us getting different workmen in for each part? Would that be costly, but efficient so worth it or disgustingly expensive? We need sensible advice on planning for the loft and wall removal and we need to consider planning the work so we can move in and stop renting sooner rather than later.

I'd welcome recommendations from people who are prepared to give verbal references and consider showing the work undertaken on their house.

Very excited- somewhat overwhelmed!!

Thank you!!
