Studio space available for musician

Dear all,

I currently share a studio space in Camberwell which I share with 2 others; one of whom is leaving in 3 weeks.

Our room is a pretty decent size; this photo doesn't really do it much justice (it's awkward to take a good photo in there) but hopefully gives you an idea: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=ejewe0&s=5#.Ukq2BCSx47A Where I was stood when I took this photo, there is a sofabed and a vocal booth to the right.

It's in the basement of an office block and because it's fully soundproofed and underground, there are no noise restrictions at all and it's a mere ?80 a week (IN TOTAL); so between the 3 of us we just pay ?26.66 a week essentially, with a monthly electric bill to split, usually another ?5/6 a month each.

We use Google docs to schedule our visits in and it's generally not limiting sharing it 3 ways.

Not exclusively for musicians/producers, would suit a variety of crafts! Get in touch if you're interested.

  It certainly wont be the same as many regular writers have decide not to stay. Stewart Lee among them, his column was worth buying the paper alone.

  Hi everyone, I’m Hayley – a local nurse and mum of three, and I’m out and about for a daily afternoon stroll with my little ones. If you have a dog at home who could do with stretching their legs, they’re very welcome to join us! I’ve been walking a lovely dog for a local family recently, but their owner is now on maternity leave, so I have space to help out another pup - for £15 a walk.
