How Strange..

Was just looking at their menu about an hour ago.

It has been there for years, but have never bothered to look before.

They do house spirits for ?1.00. :)

Agreed SJ. Anyone who's had the real thing wouldn't touch this place with a bargepole. Such a shame as it's my nearest restaurant! :-(

We have always had a great time there and go fairly regularly. Maybe a place where the staff may look after regulars?

smart move in an economy where businesses are struggling

To be fair I have had good times there but the food is pretty basic and poor - do they bring out the good bread and ham only for regulars?

There are many (bad) reviews on this forum about Barcelona Tapas.

Yes I've had good times in there too, and many a glass of decent Spanish fizz - I was referring to the food specifically, which leaves a lot to be desired. Shame.

Shame...number 22 seemed to have a good reputation, unfortunately it's one of the many places in Herne Hill that have been decimated by the flood.
