- Building and maintaining positive relationships with Landlords and Tenants

- Assisting new and existing Tenants/Landlords with queries via phone and face to face

- Contacting all active tenants with any new/existing suitable properties; booking appointments in order to conduct property viewings

- Conducting property viewings for potential tenants, taking their requirements and advising them on potential properties

Requirements

- Experience essential including rental valuations

- Up to date knowledge of current industry legislation

- 5 working days every week - must be prepared to work Saturdays

- Working hours 9am - 6pm

- Must have a car with a clean driving licence
