Terrible experience with a sash window company

Hi everyone

We had quite a crap experience with a window company recently, and I wouldn't recommend them as far as I can throw them.

Sloppy removal of old glass, terrible paint job (including no primer and damage of the existing frames), broken sash cords...and total apathy with their customer service. If you can even call it that.

Despite getting several quotes, I deeply regret the company that we went with. I don't think I can post the name of it here(?) but PM me if you want to check.
