Saw an ex member of staff (sad that they've all been scattered around as they all got on so well) who told me that she was reliably informed it would be a 'gastro-pub' I suppose now it can be in direct competition to the Palmeston & Herne.

Do you think the pub will still show sport - I always found the mag a really fun place to watch big football/Rugby matches - good atmos...?

its a shame but no sport. they have got rid of all the screens...
