Advice on/interest in a nanny share March 2014

Hi,

I'm interested in finding a part time nanny share for March 2014 for when I go back to work part time. My son is currently 3 months old.

I'd be grateful for any advice on when I need to start looking for a nanny, where I should look, what the likely costs are and whether this type of job would suit a live-in nanny. It would also be great to know how nanny shares can work. I know nothing about how to go about organising this so would be grateful for any advice you have.
