These are the owners of neighbourhood vet and numerous others.

What chance do pet owners stand!

More worrying is the fact that is owned by foreign private equity.

They operate 2,500 clinics across 20 countries and they bought out hundreds of private practices in the  UK and put the vets on performance contracts.

See  Vets say they are under pressure to bring in more money per pet

The thread I saw has not been closed.  It says that it’s been six months, and a new one could be made but that one had one of the vets from Neighbourhood Vets on giving her side of the story.  I think it’s a very appropriate place to link this report.

But it’s not just neighbourhood vet - medivet are also a chain that have swallowed up local practices and inflated prices…

It sickens me - it means that people cannot afford to consult a vet when they are worried.
