Does anyone know what the construction work next to Tessa Jowell health center is going to be?

It’s looking very impressive, they’ve done a brilliant job restoring the old building.

They are doing a grand job on renovating the old hospital building.

Looking good.  My office used to be in the left hand block, in what once was Matron's quarters!
