I'm sure it's me having computer brain fog, but I noticed other posters had replies to their missed bin reports but I've never had an answer even though I've reported many times. I know it says they get back to you but where and how? -

As I understand it, Dulwich Estate own the property, but it is leased to Stonegate. DE have tried to get Stonegate to return the lease so that they can do something with it, but they have not. As the lease expires this year, we'll probably see something happening to it. My money would be on flats as @fredricketts says. Whilst some might want a Wetherspoons (not me personally), that seem incredibly unlikely following the recent closure of the Capitol just up the road. -
another recommendation too for jerimiah - very knowledgeable and cleaned my windows very well - delighted with them!
