the M&S rumour returns... yet again

As far as she is aware from internal sources, there are no plans for any BP garages extending to include internal M&S shops going up in the East Dulwich area, another 200 are about to open over the country but not here, she's gona get back to me in relation to an actual shop branch of M&S in East Dulwich, sorry took so long to get back to you, extended drink fuelled weekend, hangover yadah, yadah!

When will people get over the idea of an M&S around here. It's not gonna happen, i've spoken to numerous head office people who dont even consider ED as being a place on the map, let alone a suitable candidate for a simply food store.

Er, there is an M&S in Woolwich, so I don't think they are that fussy! ;-)

It's overrated though, but they do do a damn fine lemon cheesecake.

Surely there are plenty of more interesting things than a bloody food shop an area could have though.
