Whistle-blowers of tax avoiders to receive a reward 

If we all blow the whistle on the big American corporations avoiding tax in this country (Amazon, Google... ) then we will get rewarded whilst making them pay their fair share.

It is a separate subject, but I believe it's exactly what Rachel Theives is asking
