I live a few doors down, it's been going on for ages, the people in the downstairs flat say they just go out for the afternoon in sheer frustration. There's often kids in a nearby garden in Worlingham also causing a ruckus at the same time, not fun for me as I work nights so it messes with my sleep. Not much you can really do except hope the parent/s take some responsibility, fat chance of that in ED though! -
The lengths some people will go to to excuse bad owner/dog behaviour. Ignoring multiple news reports of dogs causing extreme injury/death I don’t care how friendly you think YOUR dog is. Keep them the f@@@ away from other people -

They're gathering? Are they plotting something? Is the public's safet in question? Better not go and speak to their parents. It sounds far too dangerous. Go straight to the police.
