Come and join a friendly, local Pilates class designed to help you move with confidence and without pain!

If you are experiencing back or joint pain, are recovering from injury or illness or looking to move after sitting at a desk all day or looking for something to compliment other sport e.g. running or cycling this class is for you! Pilates is a low impact, full body workout, addressing postural issues and muscle imbalance.

We welcome absolute beginners and those with some Pilates experience. Classes are suitable for anyone with injuries or medical conditions that impacts movement. Please make your teacher aware of these before the class. Classes are kept small so that you get personalised corrections where needed and taught by Body Control Pilates teacher Lucy.
