Anyone have any good recommendations for places/websites where I can source reasonably priced, good quality material for curtains?

Discount curtain warehouses? There's one near East Finchley (I think), selling designer curtain fabric cheap. Probably others.

There's a great place on the way to Ikea, Purley Way.

All fabric ?3 per meter (they only do upholstery and curtain fabrics). Maybe worth a try.

This place was great! They have a huge selection and very reasonable compared to John Lewis etc. It's a decent drive from ED, but we're definitely glad we made the trek.
