Someone put this on top of my green bin yesterday. If you dropped it by mistake or know whose it is, please PM me. I will leave it there in case someone comes back for it, but if it's still there by the end of the week I will take it to the hospice shop for rags. -
HOME | Pickwick Estates I'm leaving East Dulwich after 20 years. I've tried to move at various times in the last few years but finally making the move. Just really wanted to put a recommendation for Pickwicks and Paolo Ulivi on here. Literally amazing! I have tried loads of agents at different times and found the process of viewings etc so tricky. He has made this sale happen...he's been professional, knowledgeable, kind, warm and just on the end of a phone. I hadn't realised how different agents were... but he's driven this sale - communicated with both sides of our chain: agents, solicitors, buyers and vendors. The agents we are buying through basically disappeared once the sale was agreed. It couldn't be a starker difference. Highly recommend - especially if the thought of selling, viewings, moving etc seems like an exhausting prospect right now...super excited to be on to a new adventure this week - cheers Pickwicks and Paolo...would give 6 stars out of 5!!! -
