Hello,

I am looking for someone to upgrade my existing fire door to current standards. It needs a self-closer, third hinge and intumescent strips / cold seals, plus closure of a gap at the bottom of the door.

  They will probably build several blocks of flats, I should imagine Southwark Council would like to get their hands on it. they just leave it till it wants pulling down, as its not a listed building.
