A reminder of the current situation.

Covid-19

Eligibility: https://www.nhs.uk/vaccinations/covid-19-vaccine/

Availability: NHS are no longer running their own appointment-making system.
This winter's version is still available from some pharmacies until 31 January.  
They may have individual availability times, see:

Flu

Flu vaccinations (65+, pregnant, higher risk, or private) are available from some pharmacies.  See https://www.nhs.uk/service-search/pharmacy/find-a-pharmacy-that-offers-free-flu-vaccination for details of eligibility and a link to a pharmacy finder. Some may offer appointments: you may have to dig down into their individual listing.

RSV

Currently eligible/recommended:

If pregnant (at 28+ weeks), or age 75-79, or became 80 on or after 1 Sept 2024.

This has been available from GP practices.  I was offered one by text.  When I responded a week later they didn't have any available but gave me one by appointment three weeks later.

      Shame, that's a bit boring. At least the Poundland fulfilled the need of cheap basic toiletries.

      Andy Burke Plumber  December 2025 Andy was recommended and I'm so glad he was! I generally don't like inviting strangers into my home for any reason really but when you have a repair you have no choice. Andy is a kind, very pleasant  decent guy. But most of all he's, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and extremely conscientious about his work! He wants to solve the problem for you and keep the customer happy. He was very kind to work around my schedule to sort my repairs. I live alone and I'm very comfortable in his company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He's what you want in a tradesman.       New Shops in East Dulwich and Nearby - 2025 Edition

      I walked by Honest Burger around lunchtime today and they had just opened. They haven’t publicly promoted the opening yet because they were focusing on the building work, but the guy I spoke to was really friendly.  They’re giving away free lemonade as an opening promotion and mentioned that residents should download their app because they can get a free meal after buying a certain number of meals.  Sounds like they also do takeaway as well. I told him that Honest had been trending on the EDF, so I would post about today’s opening.
