Emily9
Hi everyone, **Update** ** Our kind neighbours sadly informed us that Medi was hit by a car on Friday afternoon and instantly died. Some neighbours took her out of the road and wrapped her in a blanket, leaving her on Fenwick Road. Unfortunately overnight, her body was gone when we checked on Saturday morning. We have confirmation from the council, the local vet, Celia Hammond, Medivet and other local services that she has not been brought in. We've had no contact from her microchip so don't believe this has been scanned. We believe it's likely she is with a neighbour, and we would be ever so grateful if anyone could contact us if her whereabouts is known. ** Our much-loved cat Medi hasn’t been seen since yesterday (Friday 20th) afternoon. She is one year old, small, all black with a white patch on her tummy and some white hairs on her chest. She is very friendly and affectionate, and it’s very unusual for her to spend more than a couple of hours outside before coming home for some company. She may be seen around Amott Road, Fenwick Road and Nutbrook Street, often goes into gardens on Nutbrook Street. We would hugely appreciate if people could keep an eye out for her, she may have gotten stuck somewhere! She’s very dear to us so we would love to be reunited soon. If seen or found, please contact me: 07969188667, [email protected] Thanks so much! Emily Just to add, she responds to her name Medi when called! tedfudge
First of all sorry about your cat. Sorry to say its very possible a fox got hold of her or somebody walking passed put her in a bin... Angers me that the person who run her over just left her in the road , I have on many occasions while driving picked up cats , foxes , squirrels where people just leave them in the road.. hopefully I'm wrong about fox with your cat Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/355622-update-help-still-needed-missing-black-cat-amott-rd-fenwick-rd-nutbrook-st/#findComment-1691855 Share on other sites
