Road blocked off by Dulwich library

All traffic including buses on diversion due to accident I think , police have taped off the road ( lordship lane ) towards forest hill . 
I pray it nothing too serious

On the Facebook  ED Forum it says that the bike driver hit a pedestrian and then drove into the car. The car driver  was apparently in no way to blame.
