Simply squeeze the buttons on the handle to open the gate and slam or push it to shut. The visual indicator will confirm whether the stair gate is safely closed. Besides its ergonomic handle, the Safety 1st Easy Close is extra-wide to make it comfortable to walk through. Open the safety gate in one or both directions, depending on the location where the baby gate is installed. Installation requires no drilling and consists of a simple pressure-fit for a solid fit. Extend Safety 1st Easy Close with the specially desigend Safety 1st gate extensions to fit larger openings (sold separately). Safety 1st offers a range of 7cm, 14cm or 28cm gate extensions, to extend the Safety 1st Easy Close up to 136cm.
