This came with a fireplace I bought on eBay. I don’t need it. It’s riven slate, at some point someone has applied varnish to it I think but I’m sure it could come off! Such a waste of good slate. Someone could make something from it with the right tools… coasters?! Pot stands?! Pick up from Nunhead ASAP.
